B7-33 is a single-chain relaxin mimic that is a selective agonist of relaxin receptor 1 (RXFP1).It can bind to RXFP1 and preferentially activate the pERK pathway in cells expressing RXFP1 rather than the cAMP pathway.And It is believed to have anti-fibrosis and heart-protective effects.
