AUNP-12 (NP-12) is a peptide antagonist of the PD-1 signaling pathway, a novel immune checkpoint modulator that has equivalent antagonistic effects on PD-L1 and PD-L2 in suppressing lymphocyte proliferation and effector functions. Additionally, AUNP-12 exhibits immune activation properties and good anti-tumor activity. It consists of 29 amino acids, with 7 amino acids attached to the side chain of lysine.
