Method for the synthesis of L-isoleucine

L-isoleucine is one of the eight essential amino acids for the human body. It is essential to supplement the normal development of the infant and the nitrogen balance of the adult. It can promote protein synthesis, increase growth hormone and insulin levels, maintain body balance, and increase body immune function. It can be used to prepare complex amino acid preparations, especially high branched-chain amino acid infusion and oral solution. It can also be used as a food fortifier to balance various amino acids and improve the nutritional value of food. It can also be used as a prolactin and feed additive in dairy cattle, and to produce functional beverages by adding L-isoleucine to beverages.

Isoleucine and valine work together to repair muscles, control blood sugar, and provide energy to body tissues. It also increases the production of GH and helps to burn visceral fat, as they are in the body and difficult to function effectively through diet and exercise.

Method for the synthesis of L-isoleucine

1. Using sugar, ammonia and threonine as raw materials, it is fermented by Saibacillus marcescens. Or sugar, ammonia, ammonia-α-aminobutyric acid are produced by fermentation of Micrococcus xanthus or Bacillus citrinis.

2. Strain culture fermentation broth filtration of oxalic acid in the upper liquid, H2SO4 filtrate adsorption.

3. Concentrate and decolorize the eluent by reduced pressure distillation and ammonia precipitation

4. Drying L-isoleucine at 105℃

5. Tobacco: BU, 22; FC, 21; Synthesis: hydrolyzable, refined corn protein and other proteins. It can also be synthesized chemically
